awardslinku.com is a cross border website initiated by the President's Award - Gaisce, the national challenge award for young people in Ireland between the ages of 15-25 years of age.

The aim of awardslinku.com is to link participants and leaders from both sides of the border who are participating in their relevant national award: i.e.
- The President's Award-Gaisce
- The Duke of Edinburgh's Award
- The International Award
How will awardslinku.com link participants and leaders?
awardslinku.com will link participants and leaders by providing training and support to groups and schools both sides of the border who wish to set up their own intra net page on this site.
What will I get out of awardslinku.com?
By getting involved in awardslinku.com:
- You will be able to communicate with other young people who like you are actively working towards their award.
- You will be given the opportunity to get involved in a project that you can use for the community or skills section of your award.
- You'll have easy access to other groups, and a forum to exchange ideas and come together for a section of the award, i.e. expedition.
But we know that you'll get more than just your award from awardlinku.com, you'll get to meet new people, do new things, see new places- and hopefully have a bit of fun along the way.
How do I get involved?
That's easy, From September 2003, The President's Award-Gaisce will be running training workshops for operating bodies who are interested in taking part. All you have to do is sign up for our workshop by contacting our regional offices: Cavan: 049-4371125,
