The school was opened on the 7th of January 1937.It had only three teachers and forty six students.Since then it has been teaching and serving the local community.Presently it has fifteen teachers and over one hundred and sixty students.The school is a co-educational,interdenominational school.It is non-selective in intake and it offers courses suited to a wide range of abilites and interests.The school is well equipped and students have an added advantage of small classes.
